The food was nice and the spa facilities were relaxing, it was a good start to the new year. The location was great, with lots of things within walking distance such as shops and bars. We also enjoyed using the outdoor pool, which was a refreshing and unique experience.
The room was not clean and there were hairs on the floor and in the bed. The toilet seat was broken and not usable, which was quite inconvenient.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful alpine type town with breathtaking scenery. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center with shops, bars, and sports facilities nearby. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel like part of their family. The rooms were plain and simple but spotlessly clean, with a powerful shower and plenty of storage space. I also loved the shared covered balcony, perfect for drying out wet clothing. The breakfast was delicious and the attention to detail was impressive.
All was more than satisfactory, nothing to improve.

The hotel is in a superb location, offering easy access to both summer and winter activities in the beautiful Dolomites. It is conveniently situated near the bus station, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The friendly staff provide excellent service and are always willing to help. Additionally, the extensive breakfast buffet provides a great start to the day.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Enjoyed stunning scenery and great food and wine. The saunas and pool helped us relax after a long day exploring the area. The hotel is ideally located near the public swimming pool and other sports facilities.
The price of wine was a bit steep for our budget, so we had to buy some from a nearby shop instead of ordering at the hotel. The room was a bit too plain and simple, lacking a personal touch, which made it feel a bit impersonal.
